Beamish Holiday Park

BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ:

Vans used for everyday or commercial purposes are not permitted on-site. Only small vans (for example, caddy-sized vehicles) may be allowed with prior approval. We reserve the right to cancel bookings without refund if guests arrive in a prohibited vehicle. Before making a reservation, if you are unsure, please contact us via email attaching a photo of the vehicle.

Campervans and converted motorhomes are accepted.

Pitches are 7m x 5m – this space must include your car.

**DUE TO PARKING CONSTRAINTS AND HIGH CUSTOMER DEMAND, DAY VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

For the safety of all guests:
- Electric scooters & electric bikes are not allowed. Usage of these without the landowner's permission is against the law.
- Water pistols and balloons are strictly prohibited on-site.

**We offer a 15% discount on tickets for Beamish Museum to guests staying on-site for 2 or more days. Discount codes can be obtained from reception on the day of your visit to the museum (prebooking is not required).

**Please be aware that bookings longer than 7 days cannot be made online. Kindly contact Reception directly via phone or email to arrange.

Booking Deposits

- For touring bookings, a non-refundable deposit of £46 per pitch is required, with remaining balances due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- Rental bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

All bookings MUST be made individually – multiple bookings under the same name will not be accepted.

Opening Dates

Open from 1^st March - 31^st January

Check-in & check-out times

- For pitches, check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 10:30am.
- For rentals, check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10:30am.

Touring

We offer various pitches, ranging from standard grass and hard standing pitches to fully serviced pitches. All pitches include electric hook-up.

Travelling to Beamish Holiday Park

For touring caravans and motorhomes, we recommend leaving the A1(M) at Junction 67 and following the route through Kibblesworth to reach Beamish Holiday Park. This route is the most suitable for larger vehicles and helps avoid narrower roads.

If you are using a sat nav, we recommend checking your route before you travel to ensure it follows this direction.

Rental

Our rental accommodations include holiday caravans for up to 6 persons, with options for pet-free or pet-friendly stays. We also offer Shepherd's Huts, Gypsy wagons, and camping pods throughout the year.

CLUBHOUSE

Open weekends and school holidays:

Join us every Friday for 'play your cards right' & bingo, and every Saturday for Bingo & Karaoke (unless an act is booked – please refer to our website).

We also offer pizzas, paninis, nuggets, fish fingers & snacks available for dine-in or take-out on weekends & school holidays. Pre-orders are available outside of these times – unsure? Please call 0191 370 1776.
